Welcome to Memória Server. To maintain a fair, safe, and stable gaming environment for our community, all players must read and comply with the following rules. By creating an account and downloading our client, you fully agree to these terms.

1. Game & Community Conduct

Cheating & Software Exploitation

The use of macro programs, unauthorized third-party software, or clients that automate gameplay or alter game mechanics is strictly prohibited.

Bug Abuse

Exploiting any game flaws, map bugs, or software glitches for personal gain is forbidden. Any bugs found must be immediately reported to the administration.

Harassment & Behavior

Severe harassment, hate speech, racism, or disruptive behavior that compromises the gaming experience of others will not be tolerated in any public channels.

Staff Impersonation

Pretending to be a member of the Memória Server staff or claiming fake administrative authority is a punishable offense.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

Account Sharing

Your account credentials are personal and non-transferable. The administration is not responsible for any lost items or characters resulting from account sharing or poor password security.

Virtual Stability

Memória Server is a non-profit, independent project made for retro-gaming entertainment. The administration reserves the right to perform maintenance, patches, or server restarts whenever necessary to ensure stability.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

In compliance with international data safety standards, we explicitly state how your information is handled:

Information Collected

We only collect a custom account name, a recovery email address, and an encrypted password string during registration. We do not collect real names, government IDs, physical addresses, or financial information.

Purpose of Collection

This data is strictly used for user authentication, character management, and account recovery purposes within the game database.

Data Security

All user passwords are secured using modern hashing encryption methods. We do not sell, share, or distribute your email or account data to any third parties.
